Payment Terms and Conditions 


You agree to comply with our guidelines, rules, and policies regarding the purchase of products through the website. Besides, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the changes published on the platform. The payment terms and conditions will apply to purchase orders and payment made between you and the seller.

  1. You agree to pay for products by credit or debit card that can be used for a legal settlement
  2. You agree not to cancel the payment later unless you receive a product that does not appropriate to the agreement, the product has not been delivered within the shipping period, or the product you receive is significantly different from the seller description
  3. You acknowledge the Refund Policy of a payment that are successfully paid, this can be done only when the seller agrees and notifies the refund request.
  4. You acknowledge all refunds to be made through the original payment method and to the person making the transaction.
  5. You acknowledge no guarantee that the refund will be credited to your account on time. The refund process may take time and depends on each bank and/or the payment service provider who process the refund.
RETURN POLICY
 
“TAKE ME”   We hopes that all customers will have the most satisfactiory experience from shopping with us. If your order is damaged because of our mistake, we are willing to refund or exchange within 7 days after the delivery.However, only regular priced items can be exchanged or returned.
Promotion items are not included.  The returned products and packaging must be in good condition.



EXCHANGEABLE AND REFUNDABLE ITEMS
  • The item does not match the purchase order or receipt.
  • The item is damaged or not in working order since delivery. The customer shall present the evidence of damage whether it is a defect or shipping damage.
  • As for the exchange  type of product, we reserve the right to exchange only the item whose price is equal or higher than the purchased item. The exchangeable item shall not be unboxed, and you shall be responsible for the price difference (if any) as well as the shipping fee.


EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
  • The item must be in the like-new condition and has not been used.
  • To exchange or return the product, the customer must be responsible for shipping or returning the item back to “Take Me” within 7 days after delivery. Otherwise, “Take Me”reserves the right to deny exchange or return of the purchase whatsoever.
  • “Take Me” reserves the right to inspect the item before exchange or refund under the given conditions within 2–7 working days after receiving the returned item.
  • In the event that the item is in unacceptable condition, “Take Me” reserves the right to deny exchange or return, and we will return it to the customer.
  • “Take Me” is responsible for shipping the returned item only when the item is damaged due to our mistake (shipping fee must not be over THB150 per order).


 EXCHANGE AND RETURN PROCEDURE
  • Contact our staff at 063-4252466 or send an email to Takemecareyou@gmail.com to inform of the problem and your wish to return/exchange the product.
  • Our staff will contact you back to confirm your request.
  • Send the item, an original receipt, a tax invoice, and the parcel box with Thailand Post’s stamp
  • Our staff will contact you back within 5 working days. After the product inspection is completed and the exchange status is confirmed, the exchange will be completed within 7–10 days after the exchange confirmation.
